While using Neobux, you might find a lot of little problems, before starting to cry check here what is what.


Bad Gateway is a problem that might happen any time at Neobux, it stays as that for a max of 5 minutes, this page is shown when Admin is making a few changes in the site.

Autopay:
Although I dont recommend you using it, it seems unfair not letting you know what it is.

What is AutoPay?
If you have AutoPay enabled, on the first click a referral makes per day, you'll pay to keep that referral for an extra day.
If the referral does not click, you won't pay him for another day.

So, imagine you rented 500 referrals by spending $100 for a month's rent.
Instead of paying $100 again at the next due date (yes, it hurts), you can pay for them daily.
In the end, you'll save $10 and you'll never run out of referrals (*).
Also, you don't have to worry about the due date (*).
While it's easier to pay this way, it's also cheaper for you because you save 10% of a whole month's rent.

Basically, you'll pay one day in advance to your referral's due date.

The value for each referral/day will be deducted from your rental balance.
If your rental balance has insufficient funds, it will deduct from your main balance.
If both balances have insufficient funds, it won't be triggered and will only work again when one of the balances has enough funds.

(*) Please keep in mind that while you may have AutoPay activated, it's only triggered for referrals that have 20 or more days left until next month's payment. This value is smaller for some Golden Packs.


Pioneer Membership:
Pioneers are members that registered before the Neobux oficial launch, they have a small discount. They are the members that registered before 01/05/08.


Golden Membership:
Golden is the smallest upgrade at Neobux, it costs 90 dollars and will give you a lot of good features like discounts in renting/renewing referrals, will make you earn 1 cent per ref click and will give you the ability to view special graphs from referrals.


Ultimate and other Golden Packs:
These upgrades are for those that really know what they want. More money.
Upgrading to one of these will give you a lot of features that will make you spend less money at Neobux and give you the opportunity of becoming a top earner in the world of PTC.



Admin(s) and Moderators:
At Neobux to control the situation and make changes we have some Moderators that help in the forum, chat and in the live support and to make changes in the site, help with technical problems, we have 2 administrators, one is known by "Admin" and is the one that post more in the forums and the other is "TheRekz" that helps a lot in the Support Tickets and sometimes post in the forum.
